Our Club

ARDFINNAN GAA CLUB is located at the foot of Knockmealdown Mountains and has been a part of our community since 1910. The Club grounds and facilities are used by Men’s and Ladies teams of all ages from U6 to Senior.

The Club has completed 2 of the 3 phases of our Club development plan. We proudly opened up our new Astro Pitch in 2018 with the help and ongoing support of the community. This consisted of the purchase of an adjoining site and the development of a 35m x 48m Astro Pitch. A five-year development draw was set up and along with other fund-raising events, the Club was able to clear all outstanding loans in 2020.

The final phase of the development plan is to complete a multi-purpose indoor gym and training facility. Covid restrictions have slowed down this process, but we hope to begin the next phase of the development in the coming year.

To further develop our club and community we want to enhance our training grounds in Ardfinnan GAA field with a multi-purpose indoor gym and training facility.
